(1)strictly follow the requirements of the contact to supply the high quality products that meet design standard.

(2)strictly inspect and control the the quality of raw materials , original parts and components before they are kept into warehouse

(3)Ensure the perfection of processing technique and the integrity of inspecting ways. Equipments with any defects will never come out


(4)Follow the stipulations in the contract to give supervising department the related standards and drawings. the supplier should inform the representatives of the demanded side and supervising department 7 days before checking the equipments . the demanded side ¡¯s supervisions aim to keep us to make quality products as per standards , which won¡¯t mean to reduce all of our liability for products

(5)All quality defects occurred during operation should be timely informed to the demanded sides and supervising representatives without any concealing. The supplier should unconditionally replace it , if equipment¡¯s defects exceed the standards stipulated in the contract. Adhere to the principle of ¡° solve problems prior to looking to according liabilities ¡± , while any defects occurred during installations and trial operations. all should be subject to the progress of the project.

(6)All supplied equipments should be insured in manufacturing , shipping, loading &unloading . if any accident occur to equipments,our side will try utmost to replace and repair for free till
the demanded ¡®s satisfaction

(7)If find part and components are lost or less that what it should be, our side will be responsible for its replenishment for free. In addition, we will also take our responsibilities , if any quality problem. happened in the installation, trial operation, and the following working, can be proven to be our faults

(8)Timely submit all technique data and drawings to the demanded sides and invite the demanded to examine our technology design , when necessary

(9)Come to working site to offer technique services ,as the demanded requested

(10)As for the accessory equipments that are related with ones under the contract, our side will be positive to submit technical data that meet the requirements of their interfaces

(11)Strictly comply with the memo and the agreement on some questions, about which both side exchanged their positions

(12)Hold training class on the installation, trial use, operation, and maintenance technique for the demanded as per the according stipulations,
